MP Kirron Kher flags off a vehicle at the UT State Guest House, Chandigarh.



City MP Kirron Kher today flagged off four vehicles for the Disaster Management Centre, UT Administration, donated by her under the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS), at the UT Guest House.

On the occasion, Kher was accompanied by Mayor Arun Sood, DC Ajit Balaji Joshi, former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Harmohan Dhawan. The cost of these vehicles is Rs 25 lakh. These vehicles will help bring quick relief to the people during untoward accidents or natural calamities.

Kher said that being the MP of the city, she would provide every possible help to the Administration and the city residents.
