Chandigarh, November 26
The state transport authority has started its first pollution check centre at Sukhna Automobiles, Sector 28 C, with effect from November 11.
The centre will issue pollution under control certificate for all types of diesel-run vehicles at Rs 35 per vehicle along with the photograph of the vehicle. The centre will function from 9 am to 6 pm every day except Sundays.
